WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED
You’ve got all your wonderful ideas, now it’s time to make them come to life. Here are the following things we’ll require and the details to take note of before we can begin of the exciting journey of creating your brand.
Branding Files
Your logos in vector files format like .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG or .PDF.
Designs
Tech packs or if you don't have them, at least 3 high-resolution reference images in different views or sketches.
Artwork Files
Files for print, embroidery, notions and packaging must be in vector file format with dimensions stated.
Sizing
A size chart of garment measurements for each design. Do note that body measurements can’t be used.

Step 1
Paper Pattern Making
Based on the design drawings you provide or those designed by our designers, we will make paper patterns. This step is to ensure that the size, style, and pattern of the produced clothing are consistent with your requirements.
Step 2
Cutting
After purchasing the raw materials,we will proceed with cutting. We will cut the fabric according to the paper patterns and tailor them according to your requirements.
After cutting, we will classify and organize the fabrics.
Step 3
Printing/Embroidering
Print or embroider on the cut fabric as per your design, ensuring correct color settings and machine calibration. After printing or embroidering, Check whether the pattern is accurate, such as whether the position is correct, the color is consistent, etc.
Step 4
Sewing
After printing/embroidering, we will sew the fabrics.We will sew according to the order
requirements,using high-quality sewing machines and threads to ensure the quality and effect of the clothes.
Step 5
Quality Inspection
After the clothes are sewn, we will conduct a quality inspection. We will strictly inspect the pattern,size, workmanship,fabric, accessories,and other aspects of the clothes to ensure that the quality meets the standard.
Step 6
Ironing
After passing the quality inspection,we will iron the clothes. This process is mainly to make the clothes more smooth and perfect.
Step 7
Packing
After ironing, wewill package theclothes. We willpackage accordingto yourrequirements toensure that theproducts can betransported intactto you.

Typically we see clients requiring anywhere from $10,000 for a t-shirt collection to $20,000 for a womenswear/menswear collection of 480 pieces.
The minimum order requirements are 80 – 100 pieces per COLOUR for 1 DESIGN and 480-500 pieces per ORDER.
For custom-developed fabrics, the minimum order starts from 1500 meters to 2000 meters per fabric type.
It usually take 4-6 months to be completed using stock fabric and 6-8 months for custom produced fabrics.
Leads time are calculated on estimated from the date we start to the completion of production.
We offer different delivery options to suit your budget or requirement.
We use various shipping providers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS and & trusted freight forwarders to ship your orders by either air or sea freight.
For orders weighing above 100kg/500 pieces, we offer sea freight options to certain countries.
Do note that delivery time varies by delivery location and sea freight takes longer than air freight for delivery.
We are not able to make the following types of clothing:

- Skiing Gear
- Lingerie / Underwear
